This is a learning path comprised of the resources, courses and group learning in support of successful transitions from military to civilian careers.
The methodology behind this learning path is built from the "A Question of Style" research project. This project explored employer bias regarding Veteran working style, motivators and competencies. Sponsored by the Canadian Armed Forces and supported by Veteran Affairs Canada, the project involved administering psychometric assessments to currently serving members and Veterans.

- "A Question of Style" - What Every Veteran Should Know: A webinar explainer revealing the results of the research and how it impacts one's career transition
- Leaders helping Leaders - A Canadian First in Veteran Career Transitions: A webinar explainer detailing the findings of a cohort of your peers who completed a transition program while paired with civilians also making a career transition. Learn how civilian peer groups can support you, in addition to military-targeted services.
- Understand and Develop: A psychometric leadership assessment that applies civilian language and scores to your communication style, workplace behaviours, motivators, skills and leadership qualities. Understand your unique strengths and what is most valuable to employers.
- Career Exploration: Define the criteria you will use to find your career SweetSpot. Then, build a plan that takes you from where you are now to where you want to be in the future.
